2001: A Space Odyssey Poster Stanley Kubrick Australian Daybill | 2001: A Space Odyssey is a science-fiction narrative, produced in 1968 as both a novel, written by Arthur C. Clarke, and a film, directed by Stanley Kubrick. 2001: A Space Odyssey is today thought by some critics to be one of the greatest films ever made and is widely regarded as the best science fiction film of all time. It was nominated for four Academy Awards, and received one for visual effects. It also won the Kansas City Film Critics Circle Best Director and Best Film awards of 1968. In 1991, 2001: A Space Odyssey was deemed culturally significant by the United States Library of Congress and selected for preservation in the National Film Registry.

Country Of Origin: Australia
Poster Size: 33cm x 77cm approx or 13" x 30" approx.
Folds and Creases: Folded twice as issued to cinemas. However this poster has been stored flat and they have been pressed out to a degree.
Pin Holes: In all four corners and two clean ones in Blue artwork in centre that are hard to notice.
Tape Marks: None
Edge Wear / Stains: There is a bleed located in the blue artwork on the right hand side of the poster, see thumbnail below. There is another one due to the name of the poster having been written on the border of the poster on the back. This bleed would be hidden once the poster was matted and framed.
Poster Condition: Good
