'In Venice... a shocking red December') is a 1973 English-language film in the thriller / horror genre directed by Nicolas Roeg, adapted from the 1971 short story by Daphne du Maurier. Julie Christie and Donald Sutherland star in this film whose reputation has grown in the years since its release, and it is now considered a classic and an influential work in horror and British film. The film is renowned for its innovative editing style, recurring motifs, themes, and for a controversial sex scene that was explicit by the standards of contemporary mainstream cinema. It now enjoys a cult following.

Edge Wear / Stains: Very minor edgewear. Some staining on the back of the poster along the centre vertical fold.This shows thru in the centre white box but not in a distracting way. The rest of the staining is disguised by the dark artwork. There are two bleeds (name of the poster written in ink on the back) located above the middle issued fold on the right. They do not show thru.
Notes: Being an English One Sheet, an R classification stamp was added so it could be screened in Australia. The poster is suitable for immediate framing.
