One Sheet Poster.The Hard Way is a 1991 American buddy cop action comedy film directed by John Badham, and starring Michael J. Fox (Back To The Future) and James Woods.Stephen Lang, Annabella Sciorra, Christina Ricci, Mos Def, Kathy Najimy, Michael Badalucco, Lewis Black, and Penny Marshall also appear in supporting roles.It was one of two films Fox made in 1991 post Back To The Future Part III. Some trivia about the film: At one point Michael J. Fox's character yells "I'm driving here, I'm driving here." In Back to the Future Part II, Marty McFly's son (Also played by Fox) utters a similar line: "I'm walking here, I'm walking here." As they eat their frog dogs, Moss (James Woods) says "banzai!" and Lang (Michael J Fox) says "konichiwa," the same thing he says to his angry boss in "Back to the Future Part II." The movie debuted at No. 3 behind The Silence of the Lambs and New Jack City. The Hard Way went on to earn $65.6 million worldwide ensuring it was a financial success!
